Graham Land Services is a family-owned, locally operated site work contractor based in Anderson, Texas. Since 2010, we’ve helped homeowners, ranch owners, builders, and developers turn raw or overgrown ground into build-ready sites. With 30+ years of combined experience in site work, landscape design, and drainage, we clear obstacles, shape grade, and deliver stable foundations—so the next trades can move forward without delay.
Our Story & Ownership
Graham Land Services was founded by Tod Graham, a longtime Texas business owner who spent more than three decades running a successful landscaping company. After years of fixing other contractors’ poor final grades, Tod invested in the right heavy equipment and began doing the work himself—final grading, house pads, and land clearing for his builders. Demand grew quickly, and in 2010 he sold the landscaping company to launch Graham Land Services, focusing entirely on site preparation, land clearing, ponds and lakes, pads, access routes, and grading.
Today, Tod and the team bring the same hands-on leadership, practical know-how, and pride of ownership to every project—large or small.
